2022 Spring Festival Holiday notice

Holiday period: January 26, 2022 to February 8, 2022

1. Domestic express

Due to the impact of COVID-19, the operation of domestic express companies has been suspended earlier than in previous years. According to the notice of various express companies, the processing of domestic returned and exchanged goods will be suspended from January 22, and the delivery and receipt of goods from warehouses will continue until January 25.

2. Cross-border express delivery

 Cross-border express delivery will be suspended from 17:00 PM Beijing time, after which the delivery will be postponed to February 9.

3. Marine dedicated line

The American shipping package has been cut off. If the shipping package has been submitted, you can contact the customer service to change it to Changsha EMS air freight for free, and there is no need to make up the payment when it is changed to EMS air freight.

The last shipment of parcels over 21kg by sea will be on 22nd. Due to limited space, it may be impossible to board the ship. Please arrange the delivery time by yourself.

4. Office hours

On the ninth day of the first lunar month (February 9, 2022), the company will resume delivery and all staff will return to work as normal. If you have any questions during this period, please leave a message to us through the customer service platform and we will reply to you as soon as possible after work.
